1. Child Safety — Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Lovingo and its developer NYBAEX strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This page explains our published standards and how to report concerns.
- Prohibited: any content, message, image, audio, video, or conduct that depicts, solicits, promotes, facilitates, or glorifies sexual activity involving minors.
- Prohibited: grooming, attempting to solicit sexual contact from anyone under 18, or facilitating contact between adults and minors for sexual purposes.
- Prohibited: sharing, creating, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit material involving minors (CSAM).
We will take immediate action (content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban) and cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations when CSAE is suspected or confirmed.

In-app reporting
Lovingo provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report content or accounts. Reports submitted in the app are reviewed by our moderation team 24/7. When you report via the app we will:
- Immediately remove or limit access to content that appears to violate these standards pending investigation.
- Preserve evidence and metadata that may be required by law enforcement.
- Escalate confirmed CSAE/CSAM incidents to the appropriate authorities and child protection organizations.
Handling CSAM and law enforcement cooperation
NYBAEX complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, CSAM, and mandatory reporting. We cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child-safety organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent agencies in other jurisdictions.
How to report (quick)
- Use the in-app report button on the message, profile, or content item.
- If you cannot access the app, email safety@pinghearts.com with a clear description, account/profile link (if possible), and attach screenshots or URLs. Do not send child sexual content to us directly; provide descriptions and links only.
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
Preservation of evidence
To assist investigations, we retain relevant logs and metadata related to reported content and accounts. We will share such data with law enforcement as required by law or under authorized request.
Other prohibited behavior
Beyond CSAE, Lovingo prohibits:
- Sexually explicit content involving consenting adults posted in contexts where such content is disallowed by the app.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, and serious privacy violations.
- Scams, spam, and content that promotes self-harm or illegal activities.
Enforcement and consequences
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension or permanent ban of accounts
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement and child protection bodies
Legal compliance
NYBAEX complies with applicable child protection and data laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. We will respond to lawful requests for information from law enforcement and authorized government agencies.
